Your trust matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you reach out, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

It covers djshlomishanti.com and our events, operated by Lord & C Capital LLC, doing business as DJ Shlomi Shanti (“we”, “us”).

1. Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form:

your name, email address and phone number;
event details, such as the event type, date, start time, venue/location and address, guest count, and the services, performers and production items you choose;
notes and descriptions you write, such as your production vision;
inspiration photos you choose to upload (optional). They are resized in your browser before upload.

We also receive basic technical information needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

to review your request, check date availability, prepare a quote and contact you about your event;
to plan and perform your event if you book with us;
to prevent spam and abuse, for example by checking that your email domain can receive mail;
to keep records of our business and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Service providers

We use a few trusted providers to run the site. They process data only to provide their service:

Cloudflare hosts the website. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person, not a bot, is submitting the form; it may process your IP address and browser signals. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Resend delivers your quote request to us by email, including any inspiration photos as attachments. See Resend’s privacy policy.
Google (Gmail): we receive and keep quote requests in our business email inbox.
Address suggestions: the location text you type is sent to an address lookup service (Photon by Komoot, based on OpenStreetMap) to suggest matching places. Your event date is checked against a Jewish calendar service (Hebcal) and our own calendar.

4. We love sharing your celebration

Your event is a big part of our story, and we love showing it off. DJ Shlomi Shanti and Lord & C Capital LLC (“we”), together with our crew, have the right to photograph, film and record audio at every event we perform at. This includes the celebration itself, the venue, the performances, and the guests and other attendees.

We may edit, use and post this content on any platform and in any media, including social media (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube), our website, ads and other marketing. This is done without compensation to you or to any attendee, and without needing further approval.

Please let your guests know that the event may be photographed and recorded and that the content may be shared publicly.

Prefer to stay off camera? Just tell us in writing before the event, by email to [email protected] or by text/WhatsApp to (347) 421-9044, and let us know who should not appear. We’ll make reasonable efforts to honor every written request we receive before the event. Requests sent after the event are reviewed case by case.

5. How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and booking records for as long as needed to respond to you, perform your event and meet our business, tax and legal obligations. Event photos, video and audio may be kept and used indefinitely as described above.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent through the quote form by emailing us. We may keep information we are required to keep by law or for an active booking. Uploading inspiration photos is optional.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the site.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time, and the “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
