DJ Shlomi Shanti
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Thank you for considering us for your celebration! These terms keep your date secure and make sure everything runs smoothly, for you, your guests and our team. We’ve kept them as clear and simple as we can.
They apply to bookings and to your use of djshlomishanti.com. The website and services are operated by Lord & C Capital LLC, doing business as DJ Shlomi Shanti (“DJ Shlomi Shanti”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the person or organization booking our services.
1. Website quotes are estimates
The prices and packages you put together on this website are estimates to help you plan. They aren’t an offer or a reservation yet. Your date is officially yours once we both sign a written contract and your deposit is received. Until then, dates stay open to other bookings.
Your signed contract is the final word on your booking. If anything in it differs from these terms or from the website, the contract applies.
2. Deposit
A deposit of 20% of the total contract price reserves your date. Once we hold a date for you, we turn away other events and commit our vendors and performers, so all deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit may be shared among the vendors and performers booked for your event.
3. Payment
- The remaining balance is due in full before the event begins, and services start once all payments have cleared.
- We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Cash, cashier’s checks, and cryptocurrency listed on Coinbase. We don’t accept credit cards.
- Any applicable taxes are added as shown in your contract.
- If a payment goes unpaid, you are responsible for collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees.
4. Travel, parking & destination events
- Events in Manhattan include a parking fee, and events outside New York City within the tri-state area include a travel fee. Both are listed in your contract and don’t include gratuity.
- We love destination events! For events outside NYC and the tri-state area, flights, hotel or short-term rental, and ground transportation (car rental or taxis) are arranged and paid by you in advance.
5. Changes & cancellation
- Need to change your date? If you let us know more than 30 days before the event, your deposit can move once to a new date within 3 months, subject to availability. Pricing for the new date may differ. If no suitable date works out within that window, the deposit doesn’t carry over.
- Within 30 days of the event, the full contract amount remains due, since your date has been reserved and our team is committed.
- Please send any change or cancellation in writing, by text, WhatsApp, email or certified mail, and give us at least 72 hours’ notice for any change.
6. Event length & overtime
Events include up to 5 hours, counted from the start of the cocktail hour. Want the party to keep going? Extra time is billed at the hourly overtime rate in your contract.
7. What we need from you
A few simple things help us give you the best possible night:
- Venue access: timely access to the venue for setup, the performance and breakdown (usually 1–2 hours each). Performance time is planned around this access, so venue or schedule delays may shorten it.
- Power: stable, adequate electrical power for sound, lighting and video.
- Weather cover: for outdoor events, proper cover and protection for the crew and equipment. If conditions become unsafe, we may need to pause or end the performance, and the contract still applies.
- A safe environment: a safe, respectful setting for our team. If conditions become unsafe or disruptive, we may pause or end services, and the contract still applies.
- Care for our equipment: you are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by you, your guests or the venue.
8. Performer substitution
If something unexpected comes up, we may arrange another DJ, emcee, musician or entertainer of comparable quality, so your event is always covered. All performers and equipment are subject to availability.
9. We love sharing your celebration
Your event is a big part of our story, and we love showing it off. DJ Shlomi Shanti and Lord & C Capital LLC (“we”), together with our crew, have the right to photograph, film and record audio at every event we perform at. This includes the celebration itself, the venue, the performances, and the guests and other attendees.
We may edit, use and post this content on any platform and in any media, including social media (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube), our website, ads and other marketing. This is done without compensation to you or to any attendee, and without needing further approval.
Please let your guests know that the event may be photographed and recorded and that the content may be shared publicly.
Prefer to stay off camera? Just tell us in writing before the event, by email to [email protected] or by text/WhatsApp to (347) 421-9044, and let us know who should not appear. We’ll make reasonable efforts to honor every written request we receive before the event. Requests sent after the event are reviewed case by case.
10. Equipment issues & liability
We bring professional, well-maintained equipment and backups. Interruptions caused by things outside our control, such as a venue power failure, don’t change the contract amount. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount paid to us for that event, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Force majeure
If we can’t perform because of fire, casualty, an act of God, a venue power failure, government orders or other causes beyond our reasonable control, the deposit terms above still apply. Where we can, we’ll work with you in good faith to find a substitute performer or a new date.
12. Using this website
Photos on this site are for illustration only; actual equipment, decor and performers’ appearance may vary. The site’s photos, videos, text and logos belong to DJ Shlomi Shanti or its licensors, so please ask before reusing them. When you use our forms, please share accurate information.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
